A cuisine blending tradition and creativity
Chantal, the chef of the restaurant, offers a cuisine rooted in tradition yet creatively innovative. She skillfully blends flavors and natural aromas, delighting both the eyes and the taste buds. The foundations and ingredients are fresh and genuine, often sourced from organic farming. They come from the garden and local producers, who are certified.
Ask Pascal (when they started, he was the chef), and being a great talker, he will be happy to provide you with details about their origin, sharing his knowledge of the region and its productions, knowledge that he shares every year at the Agricultural Fair in Paris with his fellow “ambassadors” from the Tarn for the occasion. He will also advise you on wines to accompany the dishes.
With a capacity of 40 seats, this room can occasionally accommodate a group of 60 people for events such as weddings, birthdays, baptisms, or business meetings.
All our fish and meats are accompanied according to the chef’s taste and the inspiration of the market. All dishes can be prepared to your liking.
The vegetable garden
Since 2011, we have created a vegetable and herb garden where you can stroll and enjoy fresh vegetables and flavorful dishes in our restaurant.
